Clearly the Crane team need to organize Tea Ceremony lessons for the rest of us.

In the days of old, you had to do twelve tasks to become a legend.
Though, yes, there was a bit of padding there, with half the tasks being "defeat that monstrous animal almost invulnerable save for a very specific weakness".
But some of you people would really gain a lot of wisdom from accomplishing a "clean a dirty stable" kind of trial.
