Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
"Despite having gone through a lot here, I think being back on the dirt road will do for us all. We might not be Thunders but perhaps we can consider our role here to be the ones spreading this hope to others in the Empire. I wouldn't say that our will will be greater than the little gods but let's ...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
Shang agreed wholeheartedly on the matter. "Yes, but we can't deny that there were a lot of clouds on that horizon in the last few years, perhaps so much that they were even blocking what the path ahead looked like. The whole uncertainty is if we were even long for this realm or destined to be swall...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
She gave a few nods on that note. "It managed to work itself out, thankfully, or we won't be having this conversation. To be honest, I could scarcely conjure up in my thoughts what the world would have looked like if things had gone wrong. However, I think I'd rather concentrate on the future when t...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
Shang let out a small shrug with a sigh. "If I happen to stumble onto another dream village, it may be too soon...but I suppose now that the infernal forces have been pushed back and the land seems to be at least cleansed of its influence, maybe another dream village would look much different than t...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
Shang laughed lightly at the question and waved off a dismissive hand in jest. "I don't know if my work will be so important that it will see itself in the library system but I did hear that the library was looking for material to fill? If so, I'll gladly submit my copies by runner whenever I get th...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
"The invitation! Sorry, Isawa-san, I've been meaning to get back to you about that. As you know, the last few days have been rather hectic as you might have experienced and I have been meaning to get back to you before the whole Day of Thunder landed before us. Still, it felt like it's been weeks si...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
"The whole incident seemed like a bit of a blur, now that I think about it, not unlike waking up from a dream and trying to piece together what happened. Well, you remember most of it but I suspect that the finer details were more felt than remembered, if that makes sense. I would imagine that some ...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
Shang mustered a small smile at the question, "I could only speak for myself on the matter but I think well. We might be trying to account for who we have in the camp but I can say that I have at least seen Satsuki and Ranmaru at the camp. The setup here isn't quite the same hospitality that we've.....

Re: I'm Sorry.
Reading over Kenji's points, I do want to point out that his issues were never being the shining star of the game or jealous of 'winning' the game. His intention was to state that he wanted to be fair and even ground for all those involved, which is typically the given contract of a game. Of course,...

Re: [Day 6 - Early Morning] Ennui
"Childhood is a thing to bring up and I'm not so sure if that's quite the perfect analogy, although that's unlikely your intent!" She chuckled. "I imagine the appeals of childhood are having your way decided for you, being coddled and having all of the comforts provided to you by either your parents...

Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
In the early days of their stay at Blue Lotus Village, many would have considered the Imperial campgrounds to be a war camp of sorts. However, that would pale in comparison to an actual war camp with a legion of warriors! That's not something she expected during her stay, much less being at the edge...

Re: Somehow I'm not Burned Out! (Birb Q&A)
Thank you for running the game! You mentioned the adaptive style that both you and Bakuriel use in the game. May I ask about the collaborative and work process that goes into the plot and events? I understand that there are plot changes and some goals need to be moved, especially with the Harbinger ...

Re: Imagining Dragon (Shang Q&A)
*laughs* I am sorry we didn't have time this game. We've done a lot in past games, but life has been throwing me a bit of a lemon this month. Still, it seems like you had an interesting character that a lot of folks enjoyed. I'm glad you had fun. No worries, I figured you were busy and busier with ...

Re: The fight is over....for now (Tyrus Q&A)
It seems that you were a real workhorse with all the fights in the game, especially with the end game! I didn't take part but they seemed to run well, kudos to a job well done! I suppose I am wondering! What program did you use for the maps?

Re: Travelling through the dark (carpal) tunnel - Underbirb Q&A
It's unfortunate when RL acts up and prevents active posting from happening, including carpal tunnel. At the very least, it seems that you were able to keep an eye on OOC and post there. With being less active, were there things that you planned, had a hand in organizing or things on the to-do list ...

Re: When the Cat's Not Away (Yukara Q&A)
Just out of curiosity, why did you choose to bring a cat girl into Dawn? Were there any RP challenges you found when it came to writing or playing the character? Were there aspects of hengeyokai from folklore or fiction that you incorporated into the character or background? What were your influences?

Re: Imagining Dragon (Shang Q&A)
Shang was actually a really interesting character, coming into this game for me, because she had so few hooks to all the big mega-drama... Plussing this. Shang often felt like she was totally removed from the main plot. Like a character from another story having somehow wandered into this one. Was ...

Re: Imagining Dragon (Shang Q&A)
shang was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed what she added to the group here - she was really unique! Thank you so much for playing. Thank you and thank you for having me! I interacted with both Shang and Zhe, and I think both of them had a lot of fun qualities for RP. Though as Zhe was very grounded ...

Re: Clearwater Revival [Tae-soo and Ha-yeong Q&A]
I think everyone has already asked the questions on my mind. I'm just here to say that I regret we haven't met earlier in the game to have a scene! Haka Tae-soo is a neat character and your mindfulness really fleshes out your writing well.

Re: If I Always Be True (Hikaru Q&A)
My jiggle partner! On the topic of Kakita-inspired. You sometimes don't need to be the character to be the character. Or be the character and not be the character? I hope that makes sense. Inspirations are neat like that where you can take certain aspects, which could be based on what you think of t...
