Re: No Regrets [D5, EN]

"A good man" , the words surged through his mind. Had he ever expected to be called those words? "Thanks to you," he whispered, wrapping her hand with his other hand. "You have been a light in this place Ai-san. You... made me question a lot but I am glad I have found you..." "I..." his voice tremb...

Re: No Regrets [D5, EN]

Naraku was enthralled by her music and by the strength of the emotion she puts into the song. He did not care that perhaps he song was off tempo, what he cared was about the emotion that was behind every single word she sung. He waited till she finished, deeply moved by her display, and merely shook...

Re: No Regrets [D5, EN]

She goes through the steps meticulously until the tea is prepared and fully steeped. She offered the first cup to Naraku as was Crane tradition, holding the cup delicately with both hands respectfully. He takes the cup as respectfully and cups it on his hands as he waits for her to prepare hers. He...

He nods at her request. "Nothing would make me happier Ai."

His cheeks are tinted red with her next comment, a sheepish nod being his only response

Re: No Regrets [D5, EN]

"Perhaps. But those words are what I fell," Naraku answered resolute. He held his gaze to hers. "You've inspired me Ai, you've made me be better and I do not want to have regrets. Even if the unlikely happens. Even if we lose. I will know that I told you how I felt." "I..." he lowers his head "I don...

Re: Soaking at last [D4 LA]

"It would be normal that the Kami would send their children," he admitted. "After all the stakes are the sames for all us, regardless if they are Kami or mortal."

He thinks

"This has happened before no? Every 1000 years it happens."

Re: No Regrets [D5, EN]

His heart skipped a beat when he saw her. Was she always this beautiful? Could she look anymore beautiful? A rush of thoughts stampeded through his mind as he admired the young Crane princess's beauty. "Ai-san, I enjoyed your music earlier. It was quite a good piece," he managed to say in a low hush...

Re: Soaking at last [D4 LA]

"That is the beauty, the locals have a hangover cure. Apparently the bark of the weeping willow, when taken in an infusion, allows your hangover to be, if not gone, at least diminished." He laughed and rose his arm in an imaginary toast "To the ingenuity of finding avenues to get sauced." He looks a...

No Regrets [D5, EN]

Naraku felt like he was on pins and needles as he nervously looked at the entrance of the garden. He fidgeted with the hem of his overcoat and drummed his fingers on the bench. He was nervous and he couldn't do anything about it He gazed at the lake in front of him, a sense of relaxation washing ove...

"Let's say that at least it doesn't make you go blind,"

He smiles

"I'm going to drink a whole bottle once this is all over. Call me naive, but I am convinced we will win."

One question Canary, could a poison that only targets corrupted people be used for the ink? Mostly just for fluff.

Re: And So Four Scrolls Were Made [D5, Late Morning. INVITE ONLY]

Naraku made his way to the meeting point, pleased to see Kai already there. He offered a cordial greeting to the other two.

"See? I told you we'd found your calling Kai," he smiles at the ronin.

He seems different, as if he had been unburdened or relieved of something that weighted him down.

Makime looks to the Crab, "I am aware of who you are. You have done good work so far. You are wrong though, it is not Shinsei but one of his students here now." She notes the tone used with the Nezumi by the Crab, and really that a Crab's tone wasn't scornful when dealing with the Nezumi. "You are ...

"I guess it does sound ridiculous, but stilll,"

He sighs and leans back.

"I wish I had brought firewater from the Hiruma lands. There's a village near Kyuden Hiruma that makes some of the best moonshine you'd ever taste Sora-san, if that were something you'd fancy."

"He was, is, the man who gathered us here at the village. The Little Teacher Shinsei," he explains in a warm tone.

"Lady Makime," he turns to look at the Lioness. "We have not been formally introduced. I am Hiruma Naraku. A pleasure to meet you."

"I heard that he has shown shows of restraint when going on his rampage, as if he was waging his own battle inside his mind," he commented. "Perhaps there is still hope." Chuchu's ears go up and she stops her pacing around Makime, looking to Naraku. "Sick-sick?" He smiles warmly at the Nezumi and s...
