Celebrations are ongoing, both for the survivors and the slain.

Quietly, Akutou starts to pack his things.

It's a long walk south waiting for him.

When she's done, he resumes his hat.

He tips his hat to Nozomi, saying "Ma'am," as he does to announce himself.

It's been a day, after all, and he's not been equal to it.

Akutou stands from where he has been concealed.

He whoops with joy and jumps.

"The Thunders're comin'!"

Then he sees them more clearly.

"Oh, shit..."

He rushes in.

If memory serves, I and Ayako (in that order) are queued up to effect rescues of those needing it.
