Bowing to Matsu, the Stag heir smiled. "Greetings Matsu-ue. It seems we are ready for everything this coming night."

Genji waved at her. "Sadly, my skills at the hand tongue are sorely lacking. That said, how does a tiger spirit learn sign language with paws?"

Genji observed her cousin, concern evident in his eyes. He moved closer and sat opposite of her. "Have you been sleeping well, Nao-chan?"

His eyes glanced over their surroundings for now. "I am fine. Sleeping well...better than with the children, to be honest. Minus some disturbing nightmares."

Genji approached his cousin's tent. Well, one of his cousins. Quite a few were here.

"Nao-chan." He called out lightly.

A familiar figure approached Hikaru, clad only in pants and with a sword.

"Hikaru-san, good morning." His smile was wider than usual. He extended an arm, his katana reflecting what little sunlight was there. "I saw the news on the pole. Quite some tests for you."

Genji observed the garden, a soft glow still emanating from him, he glanced around, at the various people, bowing as appropriate.

While the pair were talking, over at another thread, Genji was slowly laying out his tea supplies. nothing like a good, strong tea before a potentially horrible night. A small yawn escaped, as he started the fire to heat the pot.

Just double checking, but anyone who doesn't sleep in evening/night slots will still roll for the sleep events, and just suffer consequences in any morning slots where they're sleeping?

Genji, despite the circumstances, is having a second night of good sleep, despite the brief forays of imagining himself as a monster that kills and devours his own children and family.
