Re: Looking among the survivors. (D8, MM)
"Considering the alternative, the hospitality is good enough for me," Ayako said with a wry smile. "I'm glad to hear your other clan-mates made it out. I hope the villagers survived - I don't think most of them were part of the evil thing that we were fighting. But with the big magic that happened, ...

"Good morning Isawa-san. And see as well Crab-san. This one is Shang of the Saru, I think I've seen you at the village in passing." "Good morning, Saru-san," the Crab said with a polite bow. "I'm called Yoshitsune Ayako. I believe I met your cousin Ranmaru earlier. How did the Dragon fare during th...

Re: Travelling through the dark (carpal) tunnel - Underbirb Q&A
Did Enrou end up surviving the Day of Thunder and its aftermath?
What was up with the stuff Enrou was smoking and/or sneaking into our food? Was he knowingly trying to corrupt us?

Yoshitsune Ayako was also up and about that morning, looking around the camp to count noses among the Crab contingent and what few villagers made it out with the samurai.
"Good morning, Isawa-san," she offered to Kyosei as they crossed paths.

Re: Somehow I'm not Burned Out! (Birb Q&A)
What ended up being the criteria for choosing the Thunders, if it isn't a secret? Was Shizuku an originally planned NPC or did she suddenly become one when I asked what her name is? (naming is powerful :) ) The "Go Time" event describes "anyone still in the region deepest within Yume-Jigoku will be ...

Re: Goal Discussion and Coordination
I hope someone does something with the village and shrine. That seems like it should be a Dragon or Crab thing, or monks or even a Minor Clan or something. I'm not sure if we'll get Minor Clans the same way this time around, or at all. I'm happy to work towards giving Crab protection to Blue Lotus ...

Re: [D7LM] Catch and Kill
When the strange little human girl skips past Ayako she does a double take, pauses, and cheeps out, "You need some help?" Ayako whirled with axe raised, as if expecting an enemy ... then lowered her weapon as she saw that it was just an ordinary girl. Though, for some reason, the girl made Ayako fe...

Re: Moving Day [D7, ME, Event; Non-Thunders]
After hurriedly helping Shizuku pack her things, Ayako began running to the outlying farmhouses to get the word out. “Come on!” she exhorted them. “We’re getting out of here! You’ll be safe with us, but you gotta move !” “B-but my water buffalo!!” wailed one of the farmers. “It’s all we’s got!” “Lea...

Re: Go Time! [D7, LE, Event; All]
Yoshitsune Ayako, in full armor, guarded the left flank as the column of Crab moved out. Her axe ready, the young Crab grimly scanned the perimeter for threats. Pausing for a moment to make sure Kaiu Tai was keeping up, Ayako glanced over the rest of her charges. Ayako’s expression softened when her...

Re: Protect the Villagers from Themselves! [D7, EA, Event]
As the villagers began to raise the cups to drink, everything seemed to move in slow motion for Yoshitsune Ayako. As if viewing herself from a long distance, she saw herself step between two of the villagers, slowly raising her hands to knock each of their cups aside. The teacups began to fall, the ...

Re: [D7LM] Catch and Kill
Yoshitsune Ayako arrived from a side street, having driven the effigies back from the healer’s house. There was a feral snarl on her face as she hacked viciously at the unnatural constructs with her axe, sending bits of straw and wood chips flying with every swing. — 7LM Protect villagers, Agility/H...

Standing guard (7MM, Protect the Villagers event, open)
This is it, Ayako thought, as she saw the first of the unnatural effigies staggering towards her. The young Crab had been standing guard on the healers’ house in case of more trouble, and … sure enough, trouble had arrived. She remembered the ceremony - was it only a few days before? - where they h...

She cut herself and called on the healing power of water, as she had before. There was an unexpected surge of energy that rushed through her and into the Crab, rapidly mending all of her injuries. Ayako sighed with relief. "Thank you! I feel much better," she said. "Don't think it quite were Yume-D...

Re: Healing and Fatigue coordination
Heya! Could I bug anyone for a small amount of healing in the day 6 combat, or in a time slot after that? Ayako is down ~32 wounds which is not too bad, but I'm guessing it might be a good idea to be at full health for day 7.
