All around Sora, there was celebration, medical care, mourning, all of that.

Young people he cared about had been hurt badly, but he was no doctor.
Monsters had been slain, but that was over for now.

And his friends who had survived... now had years in which they could catch up.

None of his family had come with the army, because that would have been absolutely insane of them. Maybe twenty years ago, Kinyoubi might have tagged along as a scribe, but not with two five year old children.

So he had few hellos and no goodbyes to make.

Sitting in his tent, Jiyo Sora simply got out a scroll and started writing a full and comprehensive report for the Boss.

One last sleepless night after the last five years?

He could handle that.

Reo is exhausted as he limps his way over. It had been a rough time of triage, but at this point it was up to the Fortunes to see if those in dire straights would make it until the shugenja could stabalize the worst cases. Sora was still up, and now that the worst was over it was time to think about what came next. Not his strong suit.
