She didn't get around much, but I'll still at least open up shop here if anyone wants to ask anything.

Were you to reprise, what direction do you think Yumi'd take?

We cannot reprise, but she would likely continue as her wanderer self. Mastering the way of the bow.

FORM QUESTIONS INBOUND!

1. Biggest curveball Yumi threw you?
2. Biggest curveball the game threw you?
3. Favorite moment?
4. Biggest missed opportunity?
5. Any secrets Yumi has that never came up?

I don't have the energy for Form-like questions. If you want to ask something specific with a little more energy put into it feel free.

What was it about the bow that led Yumi to devote herself to it and even take it as her name? When you were thinking of the concept which came first, the ronin or the bow?

Sad I didn't get to cross paths with Yumi, but was running on empty fumes a bit at the end there.

Is there any clan that Yumi would have considered joining after the events of the game?

Ronin, probably although the bow not long after. My Ronin characters do tend to still have something they have chosen to dedicate their lives toward, that sense of inner purpose, so it's a little bit of a nebulous chicken and egg scenario.

As far as Yumi, it was what her father trained her to wield. By virtue of having blades he may have been a samurai at some point recent and early point and soon left but I didn't define it. The bow being a useful tool for a hunter, and a warrior, it was something he would have believed would make her quite capable of surviving out in the world alone.

By her brief encounters, I doubt she would have joined "a clan", so much as a person. Anjing, Shang, or Matsu would be individuals that could expect future visits from the wanderer. She adores her freedom but wouldn't be against joining up with someone who went to lengths to make her feel at home.

Yumi went on an unexpected adventure to Bunny Land. Unfortunately, Shang was the designated handler at the time and couldn't join her. :( At least they had a good talk about it and maybe it can potentially be worked into Shang's fiction storytelling in the future! However, Shang unexpectedly got a glimpse of her past as well during all of that. Her father! What was up with her father? Was she from outside-outside the Empire or just in a pocket where it was less settled?
