The weather as your arrive in Blue Lotus Village is chilly. Perhaps it's unsurprising, given that it's late winter in the foothills. Fog rises from melting snow on the mountains above and the nearby creek, as well, likely making it seem chillier than it is. The fog doesn't burn off during the day, though, and there's something vaguely unsettling in the air, though it's impossible to put your finger on what, exactly.
