Zhe was finishing the bird masks for the roles when he began hearing the actors rehearse their script. It was a good thing that they were taking this idea in strides

Wait...I organised this...what script?

He raised his head, eyes widening

Wait...this is a draw lot play...THERE IS NO REHEARSAL!

The dragon stood up and peeked from behind the curtain

''Togashi's whiskers!'' he swore to himself, realising the play had already started, before bolting out from the side to join the crowd, acting as a hype man. He could'nt warm the crowd beforehand so he'll have to do it live.

As the actors played their part, the dragon did his best to have the audience join in the fun with exaggerated reactions, Oooohs, Ahhhhs and Cheers for the heroes while the villains gets Booos, shocked gasps and laughs from their demise

"Sisters! Beware, beware!" the cowardly canary cried dramatically, flapping her 'wings' in alarm. "We cannot hope to defeat the greedy fox! We must flee!"

The horrors of Ayako's earlier nightmares were channeled into her performance as she tried to lead the more heroic birds away from the rising conflict.

Crow-raku flapped his arm-wings, gesturing at Canayako. She could not let fear occupy her heart! She needed to see that the greedy fox was just that! A greedy fox!

"Caw Caw! Caw CAW!" he cawed, hoping his speech would motivate and lift the spirit of the canary.

He flapped his arm-wings once more for good measure.

"Run my sistsers, I will cover your escape," she finally exclaimed.

"AWK! We must flee!!" the cowardly canary exclaimed, as the crow flew at her.

Turning to the Ai-canary, she declared, "Don't do it, sister! You mustn't face the hungry fox, you'll surely perish!"

Ayako's face suddenly looked stricken with regret, as if her words in the play reminded her of something that had happened once before.

Her voice took on a higher register and she said, bravely... no boldly, "Away my sisters, I will face this peril... it is far too perilous for you."

"Be strong and know that I am always with you!" She then stood her ground before the villain.

Kai came to the scene as he move his hand to tell the sisters to follow him. "Come little birds my home can keep you safe."

He was not the best turtle but he can do a good impression. "They can come an I will defend you."

Hoi-Hoi's snores continued.

Until he sat bolt upright.

"NOT THE TAIL... wait."

He got to his feet and made a great fuss out of smoothing his attire and assuming a properly graceful vulpine demeanor.

"I see the turtle has placed all of the eggs in one basket! That's very good... for ME! OHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!"

"No eggs for you, vile villain," she said in a high pitched tone.

"And who stop me, little bird?!"

The mighty and terrible Hoi-Hoi grinned savagely and raised his eyebrows.

"None of you is strong enough to withstand me!"

Crow-raku waddled over towards the Greedy Fox, his chest puffed and his wing-arms ready to be flapped.

He stared at the mean Fox defiantly. Only one bird would be leaving this face off and he knew a Fox was not a bird.

"Caw"

The challenge was issued.

"Ah, Crow, we meet again. But you're hardly enough to stop ME!"

"Uhh... umm, well it's so much... more than you can dream of," she finally found a bucket and added, "A barrel full!"

"A whole barrel?"

The Great and Mighty Hoi-Hoi, Finest and Most Resplendent of Foxes, leaned his head down to the "barrel" to look inside.

Crow-raku eyed the Fox with suspicious eyes but did not rush to peck at him. He trusted the Canary's plan.

The Great and Mighty Hoi-Hoi, Finest and Most Resplendent of Foxes, leaned his head down to the "barrel" to look inside.

Seeing the Crow back her up she got braver and tried to out the barrel on the villain's head, "Yep, just look deep inside!"

"A WHOLE barrel might almost be enough for the grand and glorious Hoi-Hoi!"

He stuck his head in the bucket. Of course.

The chance. The opportunity. The moment to strike and rid the world of the infamous and dastardly Hoi Hoi.

Crow-raku preened his feathers in anticipation and begun flailing his arm-wings before rushing the Fox, pecking the Fox as his head is stuck.

He looks at the C-Ai-nary. She has to struck the final blow!
