The Day of Thunder

Perhaps it's just the current weather, but Blue Lotus Village seems like its trapped in a perpetual fog, deep enough that it's sometimes hard to tell the difference between night and day. Being shaded by the surrounding foothills likely doesn't help matters. The residential streets are quiet for the most part, and while the village is quiet, the locals seem friendly enough, if somewhat odd.
