The Day of Thunder

The announcements had been made; thunders selected, and Kenji was making dinner. He was quite unsure if that was a very Thunder like activity, but then what he knew of being a Thunder was not much. Thunder in nature was loud, frightening to some, and could cause cattle to stampede. That didn't likely have much to do with what it meant to be one though.

"No, I don't think that's the case." He muttered to himself, as he added bits of his dried ingredients to the pot, he had over the small cooking fire. "Just screaming at the Champion of Yume-jigoku is unlikely to do much." He continued as he finished adding things to what would in time turn into a soup. He was running out of his travel rations, but that was fine. One way or another they weren't going to be here long.
