Reo is in a pretty good mood following a sound night's sleep and a leg that no longer troubles him in the morning. While he's no shugenja himself, there is a request for the manufacture of a set of interlocking and separated scrolls. The request piques Reo's interest, and it seems that it would be something he would enjoy making.
The interlocking scrolls are made from shaped stone, chiseled and then polished. Wood might rot, but stone lasted. Scroll making is usually a thankless task, but one that he is well practiced in as part of running the library where his true work took place.
