Devised by Jin and granted to Shinjo as a gift to bestow upon any she found worthy this spell calls upon the water kami to buoy a traveler and bless their journey with speed and ease. For the duration of their journey, as long as they do not cease traveling for more than half an hour, their speed is treated as if their Water was 2 ranks higher and penalties from terrain are reduced by one level. The spell ends if the traveler enters combat.
