DST has literally never made sense up here...

Does it make sense anywhere? I don't really buy messing up sleep schedules because people want to do 7:30am-4:30pm instead of 8:30am-5:30pm. 9 hours of daylight is 9 hours of daylight, and people have so many different schedules for work and school these days.
