Nozomi is re-doing the "Quiet Game" with a twist of focusing upon fears and regrets in meditation. There's no prizes. Think of it as an opportunity for characters to try and interact in looking within themselves for what might be of most threat to them as we near the final battles.

I would have eaten a second dinner with pleasure (what do you mean, it was supposed to be instead of the other dinner?)... But need a lot of sleep (because lazy tiger... and Cursed by Yumedo) and to be awake in time for the LN slot for the (purely fluff) night watch. So, eh, forced diet.
