No one speaks of Rock-kun or those who have chosen to follow him after he fell.

I feel we're glossing over the major issue here. There was no safety rail. Who do we sue over this gross breach of safety regulations?

Indeed, there is a stony silence on that subject.

Maybe one of Heaven's designers deliberately sabotaged it to make it easier to destroy later..

Your brother marches into hell to save you, and still his wife is snippy about a minor accident
We wouldn't have had to march into hell if he didn't throw him there!

You'd prefer he'd stayed where his daddy'd swallowed him?

Uncovers a file marked "Operation Stardust Railings"

. . . I sense a conspiracy here. Someone is rebelling against the Order of the Celestial Empire!

Always conspiracies.

Where's the personal responsibility?

The Heavens play fast and loose with safety. That sort of thinking starts at in senior management and filters down...

He could have done the cutting without the throwing like he did with all his other siblings!

Reiko will likely never forgive Hantei, even if she respects that he went there with them Hisomu was still only there because of Hanteis actions. She isn't going to be actively mean to him, but she holds a grudge forever  .

Also there's the whole Kinsen thing too... good old samurai drama. Reiko is too kind to ever actually do more than just hold a grudge though

Oh, Kinsen's a whole 'nother thing.

I have to concur here. Malicious actions are being subscribed to what was clearly a blunder.

You don't march into hell to save the brother you tried to kill.

I thought Bayushi was the one taking up with Nothing.

But I won't make much ado about it.

Lies and slander, we only love our cousins and siblings in a most chaste manner.

There is no wincest in Ba Sing Se.

I'd argue you can have remorse and guilt after a malicious act and do something to try and right that wrong which (to me) is what happened with Hantei, as he had no idea his actions caused Hisomu to fall into hell
