It's been a surprisingly normal fall where I am. It's weird. Mind you mid-Fall has hit like a punch to the face, but that's how things go with season changes in Oregon. Weeks of upper 60s-mid-70s, then BTW GONNA BE 30/-1 TONIGHT LAWL.

We broke a local temperature record from 1946 today, so that's fun. (Well, it was actually lovely except for the doom part.)

As has been standard for at least 2 decades, this area is a constant game of darts. The weather is whatever number is randomly wants to be at any given moment, and will give no darns for logic.

Well, been a while since I've done this.

We had 30C degrees temperatures here in October, which is "hilarious" since during August they did not break the 23C degrees.

Now we have a huge storm that might bring snow with it.

High on Saturday in Johnson City, TX, was 85°F / 29°C.
High yesterday was 75°F / approx. 24°C.
The high today is expected to be 43°F / approx. 6°C.
And it's raining.

For me, the weather's congenial.
The dog isn't so appreciative.

It's pleasant in North Carolina, comfortable walking weather.

We're getting a super storm now, starts during Samhain (galician halloween). I don't believe in ominous portents but...
