does Reduction apply to the Extra Dot Attack that hit me? Specifically, the Reduction gained from AI.

I could appreciate some healing, so I'm doing a bit better next round, but I did some light damage to it.
Naraku can hopefully revive Kenji, and he ca nbe healed next round, I guess?
