Because I didn't see one elsewhere; please delete / consolidate if I just missed it.
In "The Corruption of Yume-Jigoku," here, under the Gaining the Corruption section, are the Disadvantage modifiers cumulative? That is, if someone has both Driven and Phobia, are they at +10 TN on their rolls to resist gaining the Corruption?
