Yukara tried to go to bed early - settling in the crook of a suitable tree near the Imperial Camp. It was as good a place as any, she was sure... but found that the recurring sensation of falling was only exacerbated by the height.
After going for a stroll to try and settle her nerves, she opted to do something she rarely did, and sleep at ground level, tucked under her cloak behind some baskets in town, and there, at last, she began to drift off, until she felt like she was falling, jerked awake, and bonked her head. So she went for a soak and some tea.
Then she finally returned to the camp, finding a quiet tree with low swept branches and some stones beneath... and opted to attempt the ground. At last, she did not feel the lurching pull of gravity... and slipped into dreams.
Sadly they were, as ever, not good ones.
