Whatever odd ingredients were in the food that evening, they have no effect on Otaku, who apparently has the proverbial horse's constitution concealed in her small human form. (The proverbial horse, not an actual horse; real hot-blooded horses, as Otaku knows very well, are finicky creatures who easily go off their feed.) Wrapped in her bedroll against the chilly night, she sleeps soundly.
