What are we doing here? (Kenji Sleep event.)

It was this dream again; one he had pushed from his mind so many times but still plagued him. The battle had changed everything, of course he had heard that here one's will could shape their dreams. He didn't believe in that; he didn't believe in anything in this fortune forsaken village. It was all just lies pasted on top of lies.
Heck, even Shinsei seemed to be a fraud, or just too damn stupid to not fall under the command of some evil being. Either way in the end Hoto-hori was right, the man was a fucking donkey. Still, he tried, but it was much akin to marching up an icy hill. Two steps forward, and one step back, and he never did manage to make it to the top before the nightmare took hold.
it was going to be a long night.
