For what it's worth, OOC, I can see the perspectives of both sides, up to a point.

I think part of the issue is that the situation is perceived very differently not because of prior biases, but because of what the characters have seen and experienced in the course of the game.

Sora's kind of between the two stools on this one, which is why he's taken the course he has (that is, suggesting both Makime and Wu Zhe for their respective postings)

Lion haven't done anything to concern Satsuki really (in Dawn 3 or 4). Makime is doing her best to set up scenarios to protect the folks here without forcing them into fight (when we have trained warriors to do so).
