Xiaochen couldn't entirely claim to know what Name magic was, so she elected the most Ki-rin way of handling the problem.

"What's Name magic?" A beat. "Pardon my ignorance."

“I must admit, I am also a bit in the dark when it comes to magic in most regards. I was not blessed with such a gift.” Sukuna glances to the Otaku and smiles. “At least neither of us are alone in this regard.”

[Otaku Xiaochen]

Xiaochen returned the smile. She liked friendly folks like that.

Chouri smiles at them. It was so nice when people got along. "Well, basically, it's the magic that the Nezumi Empire in the South use. I traveled there for a little while, but I didn't think it was anything that would help. But they delved much deeper into it than I did, it seems."

[Otaku Xiaochen]

"Huh. Nezumi magic." She turned that over in her mind. "Neat. But it sounds like you've done a lot of traveling, Chouri-san. It's been a walking age, I understand, but it's no short distance from these parts down to where the Nezumi live. Where do you come from originally?"

"I was born along the coast, in lands now managed for Emperor Shiba by the Crane Clan," she explained with a smile.

The headswoman's life was interesting and all, but it seemed like Ohta had something to focus on now. I group of Isawa, name magic, lost and forgotten? Surely there was a combination that would be very interesting to the Seekers. And it COULDN'T be a coincidence that Shinsei had brought them to such a place.

Taking the last sip of tea, Ohta quietly picked up her traveling back to fish through it for something.
