Shugenja who can cast Water spells (like Reflections of Pan Ku) and/or are certified Rocks Experts, on D4 Otaku will want to put together a hazmat investigation team for the dreamstone cavern/lake that the scouting team found D3. Quite possibly this has something to do with whatever's wrong with the river, too. If you're interested, let me know?

Not limited to water/earth capable shugenja, other sorts of expertise could be useful too, but I figured you all would be especially interested. Probably don't want more than 4-5 people total so it doesn't get bonkers crowded.

If we go EM, then we can say ICly that we have no idea yet about the combat event, which could be convenient because that seems like something we’ll have to react to once we do know about it. And we could have the shugenja back in camp by the time anyone potentially needs healing. Does EM sound okay?

She has Lore: Corruption which she can pump up to 4 and share with others for two~three spells. ^^ And can gain + share other skills as well so long as it would make sense for her to be able to pull them from the well of her people's cultural knowledge or the Transcendent or Yume-do. Name Magic baybee!

She also wants to see if she can purify a dreamstone with her Name magic!

If we move it to MM/LM that'd be swell.

Like, IC, I don't think Sora as yet has any awareness whatsoever of the dreamstone cavern, let alone the spooky note found in it... and that's just one major development I'm OOC aware of.

The Shinsei fight seems known as 1. he seems to have smashed up a number of people while running off, and 2. several folks have done various alerts, judging by Maxime running off in the middle of our thread to do so.

Dreamstone stuff I think led to something with a few of the folks studying the diagrams (I've only caught the edge of that and I'm not caught up.)

Various 'folks with authority make defense plans' things are out there, but beyond wards, Tai isn't particularly privy to those. (after the experience night 3 of the folks with wards having none of the sightings that several folks without them have had there's definitely some push to get those more widely distributed)

Yup, how much is known from the dreamstone cavern and the stuff found therein on the morning of D4 is still TBD. Once those research scenes get further along it'll be easier to say what info needs to get spread around from them! Pitfalls of playing the whole day's time slots simultaneously. Luckily we still have a couple of IRL days of D4 to go.

Same for a lot of things. I think that IC we're still putting together the details of "wards are effective against the needlehands visitations D3," for example, since the people who had wards weren't visited, and vice versa. So it takes conversations to figure that out.
